Decision Making
For the class where the class was deciding what to do about the first exam, it got pretty chaotic and I didn't really get into it. So I guess the way I used to handle conflict was avoidance. I chose this method because there were a lot of people in the class that were really outspoken and I agreed with their ideas. If there was something that wasn't mentioned or something I didn't agree with, then I would've said something and my way of dealing with it would've been to compete to win. The end result was good for the class overall. We got most of the things we wanted that were brought up during the class. Props to Teddy who I thought did a great job in facilitating the class. Another thing I would like to add is that I thought this class was interesting because early on, I figured that it was probably part of the lesson plan and was curious to see how it would plan out. A very hard test, leading to this decision making class to allow us to work together and get our grades up from the first test. After the class was over my assumptions were proved correct when the professor announced that it was all part of the lesson plan.

Hey I chose that method as well. Like you said, the class was coming up with ideas i agreed with. In the beginning some of the ideas didn't make sense but it got better. Thank god!
